Luscious aromas, of hot velvety dark pure Callebaut Belgian style chocolate
fills the air.... they come from his multi-tonne dark & milk chocolate JUMBO kettles!

Colorful fruits, are seen everywhere, as he prepares his tools & secret mixtures
he gets ready to start a brand new batch. His skill is so complex and artisan, so
precise & temperamental, he becomes...."The Perfectionist" trained by the best,
trained in Europe. And then, everyone has to leave the rooms... as the Master
Chocolatier begins his day.

jazzy grapes that are ever so carefully lightly hand coated in PREMIUM dark cho-
